My Story
Hi, my name is Shamika A. Mason, and I am a visionary creative designer and the founder of CRE8 Art Design Studio—a brand built on passion, purpose, and resilience.
Art has always lived inside of me. From an early age, I felt a natural connection to color, texture, and design. I didn’t just see spaces—I felt them. I understood how color could shift energy, how design could tell a story, and how creativity could transform not just rooms, but people.
As a mother to a special‑needs son, my world became more centered around home. There were moments when life felt confined, when my time and energy were stretched thin. But in those quiet spaces, I rediscovered something powerful. Art became my outlet—my therapy, my freedom.
Through art and design, I found not only a creative escape but a powerful tool for emotional expression, mental clarity, and personal restoration. Whether I was designing a room, experimenting with colors, or crafting something from nothing, art gave me space to breathe. I found comfort and healing in the process.
Before this chapter, I worked as a reborn artist, bringing lifelike dolls into reality with detail, patience, and care. That experience sharpened my eye for realism, emotion, and precision.
And that is how CRE8 Art Design Studio was born.
