Right to Refuse
Right to Refuse Service / Removal for Disruptive Behavior
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, intoxicated, or otherwise harmful to staff, guests, property, or the overall experience. Any individual asked to leave for such conduct will not be entitled to a refund, and management reserves full discretion in determining whether behavior violates these standards. By participating, all guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue rules and staff instructions.
Cancellation & No-Refund Policy
At CRE8 Art Studios, all bookings and payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, workshop, event, or service, your payment may be transferred to a future date or applied as a credit toward another eligible service offered by the studio.
To reschedule or transfer your booking, notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or event time. Credits must be used within 60 days of the original booking date.
Failure to provide proper notice or failure to attend your scheduled session (“no-show”) may result in forfeiture of the booking credit.
By booking with CRE8 Art Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-refund policy.
