Cre8 Art Studio Liability & Marketing Release

This agreement outlines the expectations, safety guidelines, and participation terms for all guests attending events hosted by CRE8 Art Studio.
By checking each box below, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms as an electronic signature.

  • Participants under the age of 16 must remain under adult supervision at all times.
  • Event organizers and CRE8 Art Studio are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or lost personal belongings that may occur while participating in activities or while on the premises.
  • I grant permission for CRE8 Art Studio to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes.
  • As part of the Cre8 Art Studio Experience, guests will select from a curated variety of hats, patches, pins, embellishments, planters, plants, accessories and etc; are based on current inventory. Specific styles, colors, or decorative options may vary and are not guaranteed.

Right to Refuse

Right to Refuse Service / Removal for Disruptive Behavior

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, intoxicated, or otherwise harmful to staff, guests, property, or the overall experience. Any individual asked to leave for such conduct will not be entitled to a refund, and management reserves full discretion in determining whether behavior violates these standards. By participating, all guests agree to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue rules and staff instructions.
